- Mix mashed paneer ND potatoes,corn flour,salt,green chillies,garlic ND red chilli powder.Divide mixture into even balls..Stuff each balls wid chopped raisins ND cashews.
- Stuff oll balls wid chopped raisins ND cashews properly.
- Heat sufficient oil for deep frt at the time till balls get brown...Drain in an absortbent paper ND set aside.
- Heat 3 tsp oil in a jaandi ND add Jeera,garlic,ginger ND Chiilies to saute for 2min...now add onions ND cook for till brown...Add tomato puree ND cook for 1 min further add spinach puree ND cook for 2 mins..
- Now add turmeric,salt, corriander powder,garam masala ND half cup water ND bring to boil for 2-3 min..Reduce the flame ND simmer for 5-6 min...Now add half of cream ND off the flame Spinach gravry is ready.
